General Design
- Double reduction is provided for direct drive from motor. Oil immersed gear box with plate type helical hardened gears
- Each gear is resting on two bearings for longer life of gears and pinions. There is no vibration in machine.

Main Features of Zumbo Oil Expeller
- Oil expellers are available in round feed box, long heating kettle and round heating kettle
- Optional water cooling chamber is provided on demand
- In SPF's Zumbo expeller, gear body and cone body is mounted on two storied bed fabricated from M.S. Channel, Girders etc. to provide perfect alignment and stability resulting reudction in frictional load at bearing and saving of electricity about 20% comparing other reputed brand of oil expeller. Raw oil tank is inbuilt in bed itself.
- Oil immersed helical gear box is casted ( up to 8" chamber diameter) and fabricated (for higher models) from alloy steel, plates and structure
- Chamber parts like works, bars, cone etc. and gears are fabricated from sutiable alloy steel and are proeprly heat treated for longe rlife.

- The crushing capacity and BHP required mentioned above in the table are indicative only. Acutal capacity of expeller varies on type of press. prepress capacities are higher as comapred to final press and high pressure pressing.
