Wind Mill Decorticator:
The Machine is designed to facilitate speedy shelling of the Groundnut. Steel parts are well housed, bearings ensure its trouble free working. It has a very smart appearance. The Workmanship and production of this machine is the outcome of more than 20 years experience of SPF'S in this line. Jigs, fixtures and templates has been extensively used to ensure accurate assembly and inter changeability of parts. Beaters are a made of close grained semi-steel. The small channel grooves on their external surface, roll and sheell the ground nut and break them open. There is a definite angle which the beaters make with the inner surface of the grate. The Grate is composed of a number flat steel bars having a special section placed horizontally on their grate. The space can be adjusted to suite any size of groundnut, thus doing away with the necessity of using separate grates for every new size of groundnut. The Fan is mounted on a steel axfe which revolves on Ball Bearings the blades are made of Iron sheets bolted to angle iron arms on both sides. The curve given to these angle and blades is based on accurate calculations so as to produce the best results. Automatic Feeder is a special feature attached to the machine. The function of the feeder is automatic, so that the groundnut are fed to the machine at a regular rate. The whole arrangement being automatic, there is no fear of getting the machine checked up as the feeder can be adjusted according to the individual requirements.
